Decade On seeks to maintain its reputation as a charity that provides high quality careers advice via mentorship. We believe we achieve this most of the time, but if we are not getting something right, we want to know. We see complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve our services, as well as putting things right for those that have made the complaint.
We are dedicated to listening to the concerns of any of our mentees, volunteers or any other organisation who has a legitimate interest in Decade On, dealing with those concerns effectively and efficiently.
What is a complaint?
A complaint is a statement expressing dissatisfaction, whether justified or not, about any aspect of Decade On.
