Co-founder of Native Finance

I was born in India and came to the UK via Hong Kong aged 11. I grew up in Hounslow and studied Engineering at Oxford before completing a Masters at the Judge Business School in Cambridge, where I completed my thesis on Microfinance programmes in South Asia.

After a stint on the trading floor at Goldman Sachs, I entered the non-profit world as the Portfolio Manager at the Elton John AIDS Foundation, one of the leading charities in the world fighting HIV. I then left the Foundation to cofound Native, a property startup building a tech investment platform to bring new sources of capital into housing development in the UK; Native raised an initial round of funding late last year from Passion Capital, on the leading tech Venture Capital firms in Europe.

I have mentored students over the last decade with the Oxford Access Scheme, SEO Scholars and the Social Mobility Foundation, and am happy to share my knowledge on finance, NGOs, startups and his favourite subject of all - travelling!
