Rosie
Deal Advisory
I've always enjoyed studying a large variety of subjects, but with a particular interest in anything mathematical and analytical. I obtained a First Class degree in Biological Sciences from the University of East Anglia, before going on to complete a Masters in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge.
After Uni, I found it difficult to find a job which combined my love for analysis and which balanced an interest in working with teams of people, until I started working in Finance.
I qualified as an accountant (ACA) and trained in audit at a mid-tier accountancy firm, before starting work in deal advisory at KPMG, where I now protect value for clients through price structuring, drafting support and negotiation support.
I have a passion for working with charities, particularly those focusing on social mobility. I also love to travel and have manged to team up this love of exploring new places with accounting, by working in some developing countries such as Tanzania and Belize. I am also a keen climbing and yoga enthusiast.
