Marc
Property Finance Broker
Born in Essex in the early 1980s, I grew up with a desire to work in the City. I attended Colchester Royal Grammar School and concentrated on the classic subjects, such History and English Literature. However, I always left enough time to compete within the football, rugby and hockey teams! Finishing my A-levels I studied History at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. From there I headed to the big smoke to seek a career.
Luckily, I was presented with an opportunity to enter the graduate scheme with the Royal Bank Of Scotland. I have worked in the banking industry since 2004 and have enjoyed spells at RBS, Lloyds Group and Shawbrook Bank. Throughout my 14 year banking career I have focussed on complex real estate transactions, assessing risk and completing many high profile deals.
In 2018 I joined Bespoke Business Finance as a self employed, property finance broker and now concentrate predominantly on property investment and development finance. Using my banking knowledge and vast network I provide my customers with the most suitable finance solutions. My business development background has ensured I am well connected and in the good position to advise. This has led me to launching my own podcast; Get Real Estate (can be found on itunes etc). Have a listen!
Previously within my roles at RBS and Lloyds I have mentored new graduates who have come on to the graduate training scheme and have seen them go on to build successful banking careers.
